Meet the Artist
Art became my therapy. Now I hope it can become yours.
Thistle & Ink Art was born during one of the most challenging chapters of my life.
When my husband suffered a brain haemorrhage that left him paralysed, our lives changed overnight. Overnight, the future we'd planned looked completely different.
As I spent long days beside his hospital bed and supported him through rehabilitation, I needed somewhere to place the emotions I couldn't always put into words.
Art became that place.
Creating digital artwork helped me process heartbreak, preserve precious memories and find moments of peace during an incredibly difficult time. What began as therapy slowly became hope.
Friends and family encouraged me to share my work, and that support inspired me to create Thistle & Ink Art.
Today every collection reflects something I love—Scotland, music, family, nostalgia and life's meaningful moments.
Every personalised piece is created with care because I know that behind every photograph is a story worth remembering.
I hope my artwork brings as much joy to your home as creating it has brought to mine.
Thank you for being part of the Thistle & Ink Art journey.

Why I Create
I believe every photograph tells a story, and my passion is transforming those memories into vibrant artwork you'll treasure for years to come.
Every piece begins with a story. Inspired by Glasgow, Scotland, music, treasured memories and life's milestones, every artwork is designed to capture emotion as much as colour.
Creating art became my own source of comfort during one of the most difficult chapters of my life, and that experience continues to inspire every collection I create.
My hope is simple—to create artwork that makes you smile, sparks conversation and fills your home with memories you'll never want to forget.
Why Choose Thistle & Ink Art
